Gabriel of GLR Custom Wine Cellars has excellent craftmanship coupled with superb creativity and a keen design sense. He was easy to work with and he easily pivoted if something needed adjusting. He turned an awkwardly shaped nook in our dining room into a beautiful floor to ceiling wine cellar. He is knowledgeable about his craft and we are delighted with the finished product.

We hired GLR to turn a pantry into a floor-to-ceiling, glass enclosed wine cellar. We got several bids; however, were so impressed with Gabriel's professionalism, transparency, and openness to work with us on changes, we hired him after our first meeting. He worked with us throughout the project to ensure it meet our needs. He is an incredibly talented artist coming up with the creative idea of using our collection of wine boxes for our ceiling and one wall. The result is a breathtaking one-of-a-kind wine cellar. He painstakingly cut each box into this beautiful ceiling. Additionally, he helped us pick out the best option for refrigeration, and we've had zero issues. We've had our cellar for 18 months or so and never had an issue. We would strongly recommend him and GLR!
GLR Custom Wine Cellars did an amazing job designing and constructing my wine cellar. It holds about 800 bottles. First, they did a thorough design, then they did a fantastic job constructing the floors, walls, electricity, racking, a custom-made table, doors, and cooling unit. The job looks great, works wonderfully, and is a great meeting place when we entertain guests. I would recommend this firm to anyone thinking about building a wine cellar. Their work is far superior to buying wine refrigerators or buying cheap, ready-made wine racks. It has greatly added to our house value.
We challenged Gabriel to build us a wine cellar in our home that would become a central part of our great room. Something that would showcase our love of wine and give us the ability to share with our friends and family. He hit it out of the park. We are so pleased. He built it as if it was his own with amazing attention to detail. He was incredibly efficient, clean and informative. Over the past few years when ever we needed his help he was there for us and has come over in a days notice. There is no one else who I would ever hire to build a wine room. He is the BEST period.
What a journey our custom wine "cellar" closet was for us. We had started with another contractor who I finally fired after 3 months of starts and stops and extremely poor workmanship. So now I have this terrible torn up corner of our house where the cellar was going to be. I checked a couple companies and nobody wanted to fix it. The job was either too small or didn't want to touch it. In came GLR. "I can fix that for you". And they did, Tore out the terrible start and installed a beautiful closet and custom door exactly like we had imagined. On time, on budget, and excellent workmanship. Our friends are amazed at how nice it looks and adds to our home. I have nothing but compliments and appreciation for the job GLR did. I attached a picture but even the picture doesn't do it justice.
Gabriel is one the most hardworking, creative, and honest design professionals in our community. He designed for us the largest and most elegant, and efficient wine cellars. It holds over 1500+ wines. When we decided to turn our gym room into a cellar we had no idea what to do or expect. But Gabriel came in full of different ideas. He was prompt and extremely reasonable and everything was absolute quality work! No issue seemed too big or too trivial for him. We have never had a single issue or problem with our cellar since he built it and Gabriel has regularly stayed in touch with us - anytime we need it to be serviced he is there on the spot. I cannot recommend Gabriel enough. He is by far 5 plus design professional!
